I like the design of a netball top but want it on a jacket. Can you do that?
Yes. Every design can be used across every garment. Tell us what you want and we'll make it happen.
Can I add individual names and numbers?
Yes. Individual names and numbers are free on all sublimated garments.
How many logos can I add?
As many as you like. There's no limit.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum is 10 pieces per style. A few cut and sew garments (hoodies and crew necks) start at 50, and socks at 20.
How long does it take?
Most garments take 4–6 weeks from order to delivery. Jackets and knitted or polycotton garments take 6–8 weeks.
Can you copy an existing garment design?
Yes. We can redraw a design from a garment you already have.
Can I order a pre-production sample?
Pre-production samples are available before you confirm your order, for orders over 50 units. Talk to us about cost and lead time.
How do I choose my sizing?
Every product page has a size chart, and our measuring video shows you how to measure correctly. Sizing samples are available on request.
How do I send you a logo?
Email is best. Let us know about any special logo requirements before you send it.
Can you match a PMS colour?
Yes. We can match PMS colours on your garment. Just include your colour references with your order.
What file types work for logos?
Vector files (.eps, .ai, .cdr) or some high-resolution .pdf files. Talk to us if you're not sure what you have.
